I made the dressing with more sesame oil, no salt or pepper and no salad oil. It came out just like what I have had in restaurants with just the sesame oil, a bit of sugar and the rice vinegar. I also like the grilled chicken strips that are sold at Costco, not rotisserie chicken.

Made a slightly different version of this tonight. Used a mixture of spiral and thin egg noodles. Par boiled carrots broccoli red cabbage, capsicum ( el dente), Chopped grilled bacon and added shallot sliced fine, cooked pasta and veg, Chicken poached in chicken stock, all tossed in dressing as per recipe. Family very impressed, came back for seconds.

I just made this recipe for dinner last night so I have to write and tell you how much my husband and I loved it! Even without the salad the marinade on the chicken was delicious. My husband grilled the chicken and when he brought it inside remarked how good it tasted. Will definitely be making again and again. Great marinade!
Great recipe. I have never had the PF Changs version so I have nothing to compare it to but its is very good, I will definitely be doubling the recipe next time. It is also easy and quick to make Ive made this with both ground chicken and ground turkey and it turned out good. I also like to use romaine lettuce because it adds some crunch and it also it acts as a handle.
10 stars. Made this four times. Once with chicken, once with beef, once with turkey. All pretty good. Personally I double the hosin sauce because I like it, andd a grated carrot, and garnish with cilantro. But. The absolute best was when I seared some ahi tuna then rough chopped it and served it separately to combine in the lettuce cups at the table. The ahi stayed rare (my preferred way) and I got all the yummy goodness of everything else. This is my go to recipe. Fast. Easy. Tasty.
Love this recipe! Always looking for ways to incorporate veggies, so I added finely diced red & green pepper plus diced mushrooms (I cook these down before adding to chicken). I added some brown rice for texture and to stretch the mixture for feeding a bunch of people. The sauce is so good!
