Windows 10 is available in many different editions, for home PCs, you can download a Home or Pro version, and for business computers you can install the Enterprise Edition, and in academic institutions you can use the Education edition of the operating system. Brief information about each PC edition of Windows 10 is given below:
Generally, a download manager enables downloading of large files or multiples files in one session. Many web browsers, such as Internet Explorer 9, include a download manager. Stand-alone download managers also are available, including the Microsoft Download Manager.

The Microsoft Download Manager solves these potential problems. It gives you the ability to download multiple files at one time and download large files quickly and reliably. It also allows you to suspend active downloads and resume downloads that have failed.
Personally, I like to use Jan Krohn's Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool for downloading the ISOs - it is a standalone-tool that will start the requested download from Microsoft's servers. Here is a screenshot of the GUI:
Microsoft provides Windows 10 ISO for both Anniversary and Creators update till now. To download that ISO file, you need to change useragent in your PC browser or use a different device other than PC. Here I use Firefox but Chrome can also be used.
After specifying what to download, click on the Download button in the dialog box and Rufus will start the download and display the download progress bar. (Optionally, you can check the box "Download using a browser" in which case you will get a file download prompt in your default web browser.)
This is because the option "Check for updates" is disabled in Settings. The option name is arguably misleading as it not only blocks Rufus from checking for updates; it blocks all network access, which affects ISO file downloads from third party (Microsoft) servers. So you need to enable "Check for updates" for the "DOWNLOAD" button to appear.
This option is enabled by default and is set to check for updates daily (set to 86400 seconds in registry). Why you find it disabled may be because you have used Rufus earlier with your current user profile and you have opted out of update checking at some point. This is especially true for the regular version of Rufus where all the settings are stored in the Windows registry. So even when you delete the Rufus EXE file, the settings are preserved and can be used the next time you download and run Rufus. The portable version of Rufus stores its settings in the rufus.ini file which it creates automatically the first time it runs. More useful info on regular and portable version of Rufus can be found in Note 1 below.
Note 2: As of version 3.15, additional safety checks may require you to explicitly run the EXE file with admin privileges in order to run the download script. Right click on the EXE file and click on "Run as administrator".
Fido is a PowerShell script made by the creator of Rufus. It's the same script that Rufus 3.5 itself uses to download ISO image files of Windows. If you only need to download the ISO file (you don't need to write it to a USB), then all you need is Fido.

The .iso Microsoft place on their download server on the other hand, has it's own checksum and any users that use the direct download link should have a matching checksum (otherwise they have an incomplete/corrupt download). The .iso from the Media Creation Tool has slightly less Editions than the .iso obtained from the Direct Download Links albeit, the additional Editions are usually Editions designed for large corporations and generally not used by Home Users.
If running Windows, one will see the Media Creation Tool. They can simply change their browser settings to emulate a mobile experience and then refresh the page to get to the direct download link. After the direct download links show they can revert the browser settings to normal.

Once you have them, you should check if they match. Unfortunately at the present time, Microsoft don't list all the installation .iso checksums on their website. For English language .isos they should match the one I list above. If you are using another language you will need to resort to a Google search. If you cannot find them on a Google Search, it likely means your Installation .iso is unique and this is because in most cases it is corrupt/an incomplete download.
Have tried the upgrade assistant as first option the downloads was more than 6 Gbs but windows upgrade fails with error message that files may be corrupted error code 0x8007000d with an option to try again, it was possible to downloads windows 10 v1803 as iso file with the media creation tools, but which option is better to upgrade windows with the upgrade assistant or with the media creation tools?
Which method you used to upgrade to build 1803 windows 10? I used the direct windows update and the upgrade run swift with no issue? I also tried the downloaded iso file and the upgrade run swift on my other PC.
